PORTOLA VALLEY, CA

Family Farmhouse

This understated ranch home was dark, cramped and lacked curb appeal. A garage addition to the front and an entry porch redesign added depth and character while a master bedroom addition to the rear created a new courtyard surrounding an entertainment patio. Interior spaces were opened up and a large shed dormer with multi-slide doors directly connect the main living spaces to the backyard and an expansive view. The exterior was completely re-worked to create the modern farmhouse aesthetic.
